Oil and Gas Litigation Paralegal | Fort Worth, TX (In?Office)

A well?established AmLaw law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its Fort Worth office. This role supports a busy litigation practice and works closely with partners on oil & gas matters or complex business/commercial litigation.

Position Details

• Fully in?office (Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m.)
• Support at least two partners within a large litigation group
• Salary: $75,000-$85,000
• Annual performance?based bonus
• No formal billable requirement

Key Responsibilities

• Litigation support, including document review and production (Relativity or similar)
• Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and court filings
• Assist with depositions, hearings, and trial preparation
• Maintain deadlines and court calendaring
• Provide trial and hearing support, including exhibit presentation

Qualifications

• Prior litigation paralegal experience required
• Experience in oil & gas litigation or heavy commercial litigation preferred
• eDiscovery and trial support experience
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
